Scott Hazard is Citadel's Chief Workplace Officer, a Gridmatrix co-founder and member of the company's board.  Before co-founding Gridmatrix, Scott spent 8 years of his career working in Retail Development, Corporate Real Estate, and Infrastructure Management at both Atlassian and Google. Scott's work spanned 14 countries and over one million square feet of real estate as well as high profile retail programs including: Google Fiber’s US rollout, supporting Google Hardware go-to-market, and working with Waymo to develop rider programs and customer engagement. Before joining Google in 2013, Scott spent over 9 years at Apple leading Product Design teams and building a new organization within Apple Retail to focus on engineered materials highlighted by all of the custom oversized glass in the Apple Global program. Scott also developed the manufacturing technology and glass strategy Apple’s Campus 2 in Cupertino, CA and holds 5 patents. Scott is an Eagle Scout and is actively involved in community mentoring and internship programs. Scott received his Master of Engineering Management, Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Dartmouth College.
